Teams are responsible to set up the nets/poles for their practice. 

Walker - Poles are on the walls of each gym.  Nets/ball carts are stored in the hallway by coaches office.  Balls are in a cage that coaches have access to.  Carts are on top of cage.  Start of practice take out cart and crank from bag, put balls in cart for your practice.   Late teams that practice are responsible for putting back balls and locking cage and putting cart away on top in bag.

Brent - Ball/Cart and Nets/Poles are in corner of gyms by bleachers.  Crank to raise net is inside the cart at bottom.

Chavez - Ball/Cart and nets/poles are in corner of gyms by bleachers.  Crank to raise net is inside the cart at bottom.

Each cart has a crank to use to set up the nets.  Please be careful with the nets so they do not get pulled apart or tangled.  At end of practice for the teams that practice last, please accordion style roll up the net, or if there is a net rack, please properly put the net away.  We want to leave the net in a fashion that makes it easy for the next team that comes in to set up.

Please make sure that if you are the last team practicing that all nets/poles go back where they were and the balls are accounted for, the balls and the crank are in the ball cart. 

If there is ever an issue or concern reach out to a board member as soon as possible so that we can rectify quickly.

Practice day of the week (Monday - Friday) and time will be determined by the coach once registration is closed for each season and teams have been formed. Practices can start as early as 6pm or 6:30pm and end as late as 9pm or 9:30pm.

·    Doors will unlock at 5 minutes to the hour.

·    Each have a cart and balls.  The crank for putting up the net is in the ball cart.

·    Poles and nets are stored in the corner of the gym with the ball cart.

·    Coaches are responsible for all kids/parents while in the schools for practices and games. Please ensure kids aren't running around in the hallways, and all garbage is picked up after your practice.

·    Please be courteous to the next team following your practice and exit the gym floor promptly.  If you need to talk to your team after practice, do so on the sidelines or in the hallway or outside of the school.  We just want to make sure every team gets their full hour for their practice.

·    We use the school gyms and therefore events may come up from time to time.  If that happens the league will alert you that we need to move your practice location.  We strive to keep your same day/time but just at a different gym, that is not always a guarantee.  We will alert you the week prior for any schedule changes, however it does happen that we may not find out until day before or day after.  Again we will alert you as soon as I know of a schedule conflict.

·    The practice schedule will be sent to all coaches and they will have access via a google drive.
