Please note Players must be registered in our system in order to be qualified as a PROTECTED PLAYER.
ALL Blanks must be COMPLETED before turning into the league.
Protected players must have parent consent. (Registration Order # provided by parent will act as consent and must be completed on the Protected Player form)
Coaches' children count as PROTECTED Player(s).
