Team Quest WEST/LEAYSA track and field team is being established to afford young athletes in Little Elm and surrounding areas the opportunity to receive advanced training and compete on an annual basis. Fall and Summer, indoor/outdoor programs will be offered, for athletes age 6 - 18yrs. Our goal is to enrich the lives of young athletes from beginner to advanced in an environment conducive to individual and team growth. We will mentor and direct our athletes to succeed on and off the track based on core family values. We will operate as a sister team to Team Quest Track Club of Allen, TX, A non-profit organization whose accomplishments include 40 athletic scholarships, 170 All-Americans, and 11 National Championships. Team Quest WEST will offer a variety of training options to maximize young athletes potential. Each athlete will have the opportunity to gain both experience and exposure on a State and National level by competing in USATF, AAU and TAAF organizations.
Family Connectivity: we value and respect family and ensure our training/development is consistent with family value
Athlete Enrichment: our coaching and training atmosphere will always be conducive to athlete growth mentally and physically.
Integrity: we coach/train our athletes in a manner which builds trust, respect and reliability.
Team Work: we create a winning environment through inclusiveness and support.
