LEAYSA Baseball uses a skill evaluation to allow coaches to view players before the Rec league draft (6U-14U).

Players cycle through base running, fielding, and hitting drills. Players are not required to have any experience to attend. Evaluations is use to see basic baseball mechanics of each player.

We strive to make skill evaluations simple and quick! Skill Evaluations is designed to get a assessment of what skills each player possess and what they need to improve on. Coaches will observe players through the following structure: foot speed, fielding and hitting.
