Schedules

Please continue to check schedules for updates due to weather, etc.

SCHEDULING
Your schedule may change at any point during the season due to additions, conflicts, rain-outs, etc. Check your schedule at least weekly for changes in the weeks to come.

If you have a game not rescheduled yet, check daily for an update as reschedules can be added anytime, allowing for a 48-hour update, i.e., no new reschedule Sunday night means no game rescheduled for Monday or Tuesday. We avoid Wednesday and Sunday games without notice, so in this case, be sure to check Tuesday through Thursday for a possible Thursday through Saturday game reschedule.

We will do our best to let you know of any schedule changes, but please check your schedule several times over the next couple of weeks if any changes are made.

COACHES PLEASE NOTE:

SPECIAL REQUESTS AND SCHEDULE CONFLICTS!!

"LEAYSA SOCCER will allow teams to make a re-scheduling request for games that conflict with a school or church function only AND when a team cannot be fielded.  The request must be submitted in writing via email to both the scheduler and the Boys or Girls league commissioner within two (2) full weeks prior to the game date.  If the request is made less than two full weeks from the game date the game will not be rescheduled.

The absence of the HEAD coach is NOT a valid re-schedule request and will not be honored.  For this reason, HEAD coaches are highly encouraged to have an assistant coach or manager on the team roster to avoid game forfeits.  For emergency coverage of coaching duties, you may request another registered LEAYSA coach or manager or LEAYSA board member to act on your behalf.

It is the coach's or the manager's responsibility to ask their schools for a calendar or check your schools website for upcoming events (ex. open house, PTA meetings, programs, sporting events etc.)."

Please email your commissioner with any questions or concerns.
