Due to the availability of practice fields LEAYSA baseball has two (2) practice schedules:

#1 - Pre-season practice schedule - Starts after teams are drafted and Ends before Opening Day

#2 - In-season practice schedule - Starts after Opening Day and Ends after end of season playoffs & Tournaments

Practice Time Slot Schedule Process

  • At the beginning of the season each team can send request for their top 3 choices of days via the Practice Request form
  • The fields commissioner will then award at least (1) one practice slot. (depending on how many teams are in the league additional practice slots may become available)
  • The head coach will be notified via email of a Google calendar invite when the practice  is scheduled.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR PRACTICE TIME via the google LIVE calendar NOT THE INVITE.  You can accept the invite but check the LIVE Calendar.
  • The Practice Schedule is a LIVE calendar which can be viewed on the LEAYSA Baseball website (Practice Schedule Page)  and it is updated frequently  – please make sure you are checking it before requesting a time.
