Head Coaches can choose from the custom team names on the approved list outlined by the league. 

• Only the Colors can be altered.
• No other artwork changes will be allowed.
• The uniform selection sheet must be turned in at coach meeting.
• No changes will be accepted after the selection sheet is turned in.

By choosing a custom logo you must select a jersey from the Uniform Option II page.
