2024 Spring 7x7 Football

Registration Details: Spring 7 on 7 Touch Football Season

  • Transition to DCYFL: LEAYSA is now affiliated with the DCYFL (Denton County Youth Football League)

  • Softshell Helmets: In compliance with DCYFL regulations, softshell helmets are now mandatory for player safety during the spring season. LEAYSA will provide these helmets.

  • Required Equipment: Players must have cleats and a mouthguard to participate in games. Please ensure your child has these items before the season starts.

  • Game Schedule: Regular season games will take place on Sundays. Most, if not all games will be held at Ryan High School's turf field. Schedule coming soon!

  • DOB Cutoff Date Change: DCYFL has changed the date of birth (DOB) cutoff to 07/31/2024, allowing players to participate in both spring and fall seasons. 

  • Gate Fees: Gate fees for tournaments ($15) and regular season games ($5) 

  • Zorts App: The Zorts App will be used for age verification ($10/player fee). The code will be provided by our coaches shortly after the season starts.

  • Cost: $100 per player (includes jersey) 

  • Multi-player discount: players must be registered at the same time to receive the discount.
     
  • Registration Ends: 02/22/24
     
  • Practice: Practice will begin once teams are formed. Your coach will reach out to you with all the details. Practice will be held in Little Elm.
     
  • Preseason Tournament 03/30 - Location TBD
     
  • We have the following divisions available for this season 6U, 8U, 10U. 12U!
