LEAYSA Baseball is privileged to have you volunteer to coach our children of Little Elm and surrounding cities this season.  This Baseball organization could not exist without the men and women who dedicate their time to the children. We Thank You for your service to the organization.

Our mission in LEAYSA Baseball is to advance and generally promote the essence of the game and fair play through good sportsmanship, honesty and integrity. The development of ALL players is our major focus. All players are encouraged to reach their own personal potential and at the same time are allowed to be children and enjoy the game of baseball.   We are a recreational baseball organization under the USSSA Baseball Organization.   All children are given the opportunity to play and reach their personal success.

As a LEAYSA Baseball coach, you are a role model to the boys and girls that play for you.  Your focus should be on the development of baseball skills while having fun.  Quoting Bob Schubert,” When you begin to determine how you did as a coach at the end of the year just make this observation.  Are your players showing up for the last five games and are they having fun regardless of your win/loss record?”
